REGISTERED MANAGER - Emma Purvis
Emma has owned and managed a Residential care home since 1999. She is experience in all aspects of Care Provision and Management and holds the R.M.A. Emma through her experience with residential care; identified that many people want to live independently in their own home for as long as possible. Ruby Care was launched in 2011 to meet this need. Together with her dedicated team of carers they offer Night Care and support throughout Somerset and some areas of Devon and Dorset.
NIGHT TEAM MANAGER AND CARE-COORDINATOR - Claire Penfold
Claire joined the Company in 2011 from a background in retail Management. She holds the NVQ3 in Health & Social Care. Claire co-ordinates the dedicated team of carers and is generally at the end of the phone when you call in to discuss your care needs.
NIGHT TEAM MANAGER AND CARE-COORDINATOR - Hollie Smith
Hollie joined the Company in 2018 from a background in Dentistry, Health & Beauty. Hollie liaises with all new clients, deals with HR and alongside Claire, she co-ordinates the team of carers. Hollie is on hand at the end of the phone when you call in to discuss your care needs.
Our Management Team is supported by Senior Care Supervisors who take the lead on all aspects of our comprehensive training programme. You will meet them when they either carry out night support or attend to undertake 'spot visits' of our staff to ensure we continue to offer a first class service.
